All models uploaded to 3dsly must meet basic quality and usability standards. These requirements help maintain a high-quality marketplace and ensure that buyers receive reliable digital assets.

Before uploading your model, please make sure that it:

• opens correctly in the provided file formats

• includes all necessary files and textures

• contains clean and properly structured geometry

• corresponds to the description and preview images

• is ready for use in real projects

Models that do not meet these requirements may be rejected during the moderation process.

Supported File Formats

The primary file format used on the platform is:

.MAX (3ds Max)

Creators are encouraged to include additional exchange formats to increase compatibility:

• FBX

• OBJ

Providing multiple formats allows buyers to use the model in different software environments and workflows.

Model Geometry

The geometry of the model should be clean and optimized.

It is recommended to:

• avoid unnecessary polygons

• remove duplicated vertices

• avoid broken or open geometry

• maintain logical topology

For visualization models, higher polygon counts may be acceptable, but the structure should remain organized and efficient.

Textures

If the model uses textures, all texture files must be included.

Requirements for textures:

• all textures must be present

• texture paths should be correct

• file names should be clear and organized

File Organization

• clear presentation of the model

• proper lighting

It is recommended to upload multiple preview images showing:

• close-up details

High-quality preview images significantly increase the likelihood of downloads.

Model Title and Description

The model title should clearly describe the asset.

The description should include useful information such as:

• supported formats

• texture information

• software version used

• additional notes about the model

A clear description helps buyers understand exactly what they will receive.

Moderation Process

All uploaded models go through a review process before being published.

During moderation the platform checks:

• model quality

• file completeness

• preview images

• accuracy of the description

If the model does not meet the requirements, it may be returned for revision.
