Refund Policy

At 3dsly, we take any product quality issues very seriously and aim to resolve them promptly to meet customer expectations. Refund requests must be sent to support@3dsly.com

within 7 days of purchase and must fall under one of the following circumstances:

  • The product substantially differs from its description or preview images.

  • Essential elements of the model (such as key parts, details, textures, or files) are missing. (This does not apply when the issue is due to limitations of a chosen exchange format.)

  • The buyer mistakenly assumed the model was a physical item, and the digital files have not been downloaded.

When submitting a refund request, please include the order number, a description of the issue, and the software and file formats used. Once received, 3dsly will review and process the request within 5 business days.

Important: Refunds are always granted if the buyer has not downloaded the files after purchase, or if the model contains technical problems, missing/corrupted files, or an inaccurate/confusing description. However, refunds cannot be issued if the model works correctly, matches its description, and the files have already been downloaded.
