If the textures are missing from your 3dsly purchase, you can manually relocate texture paths or organize the files so the model and texture files reside in the same folder. If the textures are embedded in files like Blender, SketchUp, Unity package, Unreal project, Keyshot, Marmoset, or FBX (with embedded media), our Support team can extract them for you. If you still can’t find the textures, the designer may have omitted them—please contact the designer or 3dsly Support for help.
