1. Introduction
Welcome to 3dsly.
3dsly is an international marketplace for digital 3D models, connecting artists, designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, and 3D studios with customers worldwide.
The platform enables Sellers to publish digital 3D models and Buyers to purchase and use them in accordance with the applicable license terms.
This Seller Handbook explains how to prepare, publish, and maintain 3D models on the 3dsly platform. It also defines the quality standards and requirements that apply to all published content.
Following this Handbook helps speed up the review process, improves the overall quality of published models, and maintains consistent standards across the marketplace.
This Seller Handbook should be read together with the Terms of Service, Marketplace Rules, Privacy Policy, and other applicable 3dsly documents. In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable legal documents of the platform shall prevail.
2. Seller Registration
Only registered users with an active Seller account may publish models on the 3dsly platform.
To start selling, you must:
create an account;
verify your email address;
complete your Seller profile;
accept the Terms of Service and other mandatory platform documents.
Once your registration is complete, you will have access to your Seller Dashboard, where you can:
publish models;
edit model listings;
manage your model catalog;
track review status;
view sales statistics;
monitor your earnings;
configure payout methods.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, the security of their account, and compliance with this Seller Handbook, the Terms of Service, and all other applicable platform documents.
Part II. Preparing Your Model
3. Preparing Your Model
Before publishing, make sure your model is complete and ready for use.
Your model must match its description, include all required files, and open correctly in every declared file format.
Before uploading, we recommend checking the following:
model completeness;
geometry integrity;
availability of all required textures;
material settings;
archive structure;
preview images.
A well-prepared model passes review faster and provides a better experience for Buyers.
4. File Requirements
All files required to use the model must be included in the uploaded archive.
Primary Format
Autodesk 3ds Max (.max)
Recommended Additional Formats
FBX (.fbx)
OBJ (.obj)
Providing additional file formats increases compatibility with different 3D software and makes your model more attractive to Buyers.
All declared file formats must open without errors.
5. Geometry Requirements
The model geometry must be correct and suitable for its intended purpose.
Required
The model must open without errors.
All model elements must display correctly.
The geometry must match the preview images.
The model must be ready for use without requiring geometry repairs.
Recommended
Remove unused objects.
Remove unused materials.
Use clear and meaningful object names.
Keep the scene clean and well organized.
Not Allowed
Damaged geometry.
Flipped normals.
Missing model parts shown in the preview images.
Any obvious geometry defects requiring repair before the model can be used.
6. Materials and Textures
If your model uses textures, all texture files must be included in the archive.
Recommended texture formats
JPG
PNG
TIFF
TGA
All materials should be properly configured, and texture paths must work correctly.
Relative texture paths are strongly recommended.
7. Archive Structure
If your model contains multiple files, they should be uploaded as a single ZIP archive.

A well-organized archive makes it easier for Buyers to use your model.
8. Preview Images
Every model must include high-quality preview images.
Required
Preview images must accurately represent the uploaded model.
The model must be clearly visible.
Images must be of high quality.
Not Allowed
Watermarks.
Logos of third-party marketplaces.
Contact information.
Promotional text.
Images that may mislead Buyers.
Recommended
Include multiple viewing angles.
Show close-up detail shots.
Include a wireframe image when appropriate.
High-quality preview images significantly improve the chances of making a sale.
9. Publishing a Model
To publish a model, you must complete its Model Listing.
The Model Listing contains the information displayed on the product page and used by the platform's search engine.
Title
Provide a clear, concise, and descriptive title for your model.
The title should accurately reflect the content of the model.

Classic Interior Door
Avoid promotional, misleading, or non-descriptive titles.
Description
Provide a description of your model.
The description should help Buyers understand the purpose and key features of the model.
We recommend including:
the intended use of the model;
its main features;
any important information Buyers should know before using the model.
The description must accurately represent the uploaded content and must not contain false or misleading information.
SEO Description
By default, the SEO description is generated automatically from the model title and description.
If necessary, you may edit the automatically generated SEO description and provide your own.
SEO Keywords
By default, SEO keywords are generated automatically based on your model information.
You may replace the automatically generated keywords with your own if they better describe the model or improve its visibility in search engines.
Submitting Your Model for Review
Once all required fields have been completed and the model files and preview images have been uploaded, submit your model for review.
After submission, the model status changes to Under Review and the listing will not be visible to Buyers until the review process is complete.
10. Review Process
Every model submitted to 3dsly undergoes a review before publication.
During the review process, moderators verify:
the integrity of the uploaded files;
the completeness of the model archive;
whether the model matches the preview images;
whether the Model Listing has been completed correctly;
the absence of obvious issues that would prevent the model from being used;
compliance with the Marketplace Rules.
Most models are reviewed within 1–3 business days. In some cases, additional review time may be required.
The review process is intended to verify compliance with platform requirements. It is not a legal examination and does not confirm ownership of intellectual property rights.
The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights to publish and distribute the uploaded content.
11. Common Reasons for Rejection
A model may be returned for revision or rejected if the review identifies any of the following issues:
the archive is damaged or cannot be opened;
declared files are missing;
required textures are missing;
the uploaded model does not match the preview images;
the geometry contains obvious defects, such as damaged geometry, flipped normals, or missing model parts;
the description contains inaccurate or misleading information;
an incorrect category has been selected;
the Model Listing is incomplete.
Different versions of the same model may be published if they provide meaningful differences, such as different colors, materials, configurations, levels of detail, or other features that offer independent value to Buyers.
12. Copyright
Sellers may publish only those models for which they hold all necessary rights.
By uploading a model to 3dsly, the Seller confirms that they have the legal right to publish, distribute, and sell the uploaded content.
The Seller is solely responsible for complying with all applicable copyright, neighboring rights, licensing requirements, and any other third-party intellectual property rights.
If 3dsly receives a legitimate copyright complaint or other evidence indicating a potential legal violation, access to the model may be temporarily restricted while the matter is reviewed.
The rights and responsibilities of both Sellers and the platform are governed by the Terms of Service and other applicable platform documents.
13. Model Updates
After publication, Sellers may update their models at any time.
Updates may include:
replacing model files;
fixing errors;
updating the description;
replacing preview images;
adding additional supported file formats;
improving the overall quality of the model.
Significant updates may require the model to undergo another review before the updated version becomes available.
Sellers are encouraged to keep their published models up to date and promptly correct any issues that may affect Buyers.
14. Earnings and Payouts
Revenue earned from model sales is credited to the Seller's account balance.
Before requesting a payout, Sellers must configure their preferred payout method in the Payout Settings section of their Seller Dashboard.
The following payout methods are currently available:
PayPal — transfer to a PayPal account;
IBAN — bank transfer using IBAN details;
SWIFT — international bank transfer using SWIFT details;
SBP — Faster Payments System transfer by phone number (Russia);
Card — transfer to a bank card;
Bitcoin (BTC) — payout in Bitcoin.
Before requesting a payout, make sure that:
your preferred payout method has been selected;
your payment details are complete and accurate;
your payout settings have been saved.
The Seller is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
3dsly is not responsible for delayed or failed payouts resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated payment details provided by the Seller.
15. Prohibited Content
The following content may not be published on the 3dsly platform:
incomplete or unusable models;
damaged or corrupted files;
malware, viruses, or any other malicious software;
false or misleading information;
content prohibited by applicable law or the Marketplace Rules;
content that may harm users or interfere with the operation of the platform.
The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that all published content is lawful and that all necessary rights to publish such content have been obtained.
3dsly reserves the right to restrict access to or remove any content in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Marketplace Rules.
16. Pre-Publication Checklist
Before submitting your model for review, make sure that:

☐ All declared files are included.
☐ All required textures are present.
☐ The model geometry contains no obvious defects.
☐ The preview images accurately represent the uploaded model.
☐ The model title has been completed correctly.
☐ The description accurately reflects the uploaded content.
☐ The correct category has been selected.
☐ All required listing information has been completed.
☐ The model is ready for use by Buyers.
Reviewing your model before submission significantly reduces the likelihood of revision requests and helps speed up the review process.
17. Violations and Enforcement
If a Seller violates this Seller Handbook or the Terms of Service, 3dsly may take one or more of the following actions:
return the model for revision;
reject the model submission;
remove a published model;
temporarily restrict access to certain Seller account features;
temporarily suspend the Seller account;
permanently terminate the Seller account in cases of repeated or serious violations.
The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.
3dsly reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and apply the measures it considers appropriate under the circumstances.
18. Legal Information
This Seller Handbook forms part of the 3dsly documentation system and should be read together with the following documents:

Terms and Conditions (where applicable)
If any provision of this Seller Handbook conflicts with the platform's mandatory legal documents, the applicable legal document shall prevail.
