We are fully committed to safeguarding your privacy, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Similar to many website operators, 3dsly gathers certain information from users and visitors to our platform at www.3dsly.com (“the Website”). This Privacy Policy is meant to be read alongside our General Terms and Conditions and our Cookie Policy.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so. The most common situations where we collect and use your information include:

To fulfill a contract we are entering into or have already entered with you.

To meet legal or regulatory obligations.

When it serves our legitimate business interests and your rights do not outweigh those interests.

When you have given explicit consent for a specific use of your data.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS?

The type of personal data we handle depends on your relationship with us: whether you're a visitor browsing the Website, a Guest Buyer, a registered Member (which could include Designers or Business Customers), or someone applying for a position at 3dsly.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to create an account or provide personal data on the Website, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

We may collect such data through third-party tools such as cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics), which enable the recording and analysis of Website usage statistics. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more details.
